After the majority of the members of the master Euro MPM second course enjoyed the vacations in their respective native countries we are again to begin the summer semester with news challenges and activities to do. The master course open the new semester with the kickoff meeting on the 19 of March to discuss the time schedule and planing the follow activities:
* Finish the „Decision Table Book“
* Prepare the work to the workshop that will be celebrate in Warschau
* Poland from April 16 to April 19.
* Prepare the workshop of „Business Rules and Decision Tables“ that
will be celebrated on the 6 of june in Dortmund.
* Develop Project in „Critical Chain“ and „Conference Management“
* Open the workshop PMI critical chain
* EuroMPM Minsk Riga
* Erasmus Mundus application project
* Further publications
* Conferences (GPM...)
* Preparation of 3rd semester specializations
Now the members of EuroMPM will have to stretch to reach all the goals of the master course and practice the knowledge acquired during the past semester as manage the buffers in the schedule. All will be an opportunity to learn and acquire new knowledge. The key is…… to be kept in movement
